How to use Lathe Machine correctly?
1. The vicinity of the equipment should be kept dry and free of corrosive gases and other corrosive substances. The equipment should not be in a humid environment, and the ambient temperature should be ≤50 °C. (It is a normal phenomenon that the temperature of the stepping motor is less than or equal to 100℃.)
2. The power supply required by the equipment is a stable (voltage fluctuation between ±2.5%) 380V three-phase four-wire (including zero line) power supply, and the cross-sectional area of a single power supply should not be less than 2 square millimeters. The crimping part of the power supply must be tightened and not loose, otherwise the resistance at the interface is too high, which will cause heat, which may easily cause the power cord to burn out, or even burn out the internal electrical components! The power inlet is the connection terminal in the lower left corner.
3. High-frequency and high-voltage electrical signals have strong interference to the control circuit and may cause damage to the driver. Please do not place the electric box close to equipment with high-frequency interference.
4. The supply of gas source should ensure the normal supply of gas, and the requirements of the gas supply steam pump: the nominal volume flow rate is more than 0.25m3/min and the storage volume of the gas storage tank is more than 70 liters. In order to prevent the aging of the air supply pipe, the air pipe should be made of high-quality polyurethane material. Special reminder: the sudden interruption of air during processing will bring considerable danger!
5. In order to shield interference and ensure safety, ensure that the ground wire is firmly connected, and the grounding is unreliable, which may easily cause personal injury and abnormal mechanical work.
6. The pressure range of the air source used by this machine: 0.4 - 0.8 Mpa (the air source pressure should be adjusted to be between 0.4 - 0.6 Mpa before processing the small column below 6 cm square. For hard wood, move the thimble and the tailstock thimble according to the observation. Appropriately increase the pressure in the wood situation to ensure that the high-speed rotation of the wood does not fall off. The air source pressure should be adjusted to between 0.6- - 0.8 Mpa for large columns above 6 cm square.) When the "filter" pressure is required between 0.4-0.6 Mpa To 0.6 Mpa, the pneumatic switch is rotated to the pressure of 6kg and the differential pressure is 3kg. When the "filter" pressure is between 0.6-0.8 Mpa, the pressure is rotated to 0.8 Mpa. The pneumatic switch is rotated to the pressure of 8kg and the differential pressure is 3kg.
7. Check the locking of the tailstock before processing. If the tailstock is not locked, it will cause serious personal injury if the object falls off during processing.
