For example, the single-column mechanism used by CNC machine tools in the past may be replaced by a double-column mechanism. Due to the left-right symmetry, the main axis of the heated double-column mechanism has little deformation in other directions except for the vertical translation, and the vertical axis movement can be easily compensated by a coordinate correction. Thermal deformation of the shaft occurs in the vertical direction of the cutting tool. This minimizes the effect of thermal deformation of the spindle on the machining diameter.

3. The effective way is to directly forcibly cool the heating part, which can be done by two ways: water splashing and air-conditioning fan. It can also heat the parts at the bottom of the temperature, so that the overall temperature of the CNC Lathe Machine tends to be consistent, which can also effectively reduce the deformation.
