In the peak season of the workshop, manufacturers who often use CNC woodworking Lathe Machines must pay attention to the continuous use of the equipment for a long time. Even if we are cleaning the machine, we still cannot avoid the appearance of impurities, not to mention those workshops that do not have time to clean the Lathe Machines. So, after the impurities appear, how should we clean them? The following is a brief introduction to the steps of cleaning impurities:
1. First, let's do a preliminary cleaning process. The main job is to remove paint, rust and old oil from the surface of the equipment.
(a) When we go to paint, as long as it is a rough surface, we can generally use the method of scraping;
(b) When we deal with rust spots, as long as the color of the metal can be seen, then it is OK to wash it with gasoline;
(c) When we remove the old oil, we can scrape the old oil with a soft metal sheet, or we can use a degreaser to remove the old oil;
2. Secondly, we can directly use the cleaning agent to clean the surface of the equipment. If there is still a lot of grease, we can also use hot oil for scalding treatment, but the temperature of the oil should not be too high.
3. Finally, the overall cleaning operation is carried out. After the various impurities on the surface of the machine are removed, you can use compressed air to dry it, and then use kerosene or gasoline to rinse the entire surface of the machine.
